Our purified water goes through a four-stage treatment process at our Winston-Salem facility, giving you a clean, neutral taste that’s consistent bottle after bottle.
A 5-gallon bottle is $9.49, delivered on your schedule with no contract. We also deliver purified water by the case in 16.9-ounce bottles.
How We Purify Our Water
Every bottle of our purified water goes through four treatment stages:
1. Carbon Filtration
Activated carbon removes sediment and chlorine, along with the odors and tastes they cause.
2. Reverse Osmosis
Water is pushed through a semi-permeable membrane that removes dissolved solids and contaminants such as lead. Learn more about reverse osmosis water.
3. Deionization
An ion exchange process removes remaining traces of minerals (the same process behind our bulk deionized water), lowering the water’s total dissolved solids (TDS) even further.
4. Ozonation
Ozone is used as a final step to keep the water fresh from our facility to your cooler.

We deliver purified water weekly, every other week, or monthly. Set your empty bottles out, and we’ll replace them with full, sanitized bottles that were filled in a sealed clean room and inspected at least 3 times.

What is purified water?
Purified water is water that has been treated to remove contaminants and dissolved solids. Ours goes through carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, deionization, and ozonation before it’s bottled, which leaves a clean, neutral-tasting water.
Is purified water the same as distilled water?

A 5-gallon bottle of purified water is $9.49, plus a refundable $7.00 deposit for each bottle you keep on hand and a delivery fee. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Do you sell purified water by the case?
Yes. We deliver Glacier Clear purified water in cases of 24 16.9-ounce bottles, and Kirkland purified water with minerals added in cases of 40. Both are available by the pallet for businesses.
Is purified water good for coffee makers?
Yes. Because purified water has very few dissolved minerals, it leaves less scale in coffee makers, kettles, and humidifiers than tap water, and it doesn’t add a chlorine taste to your coffee or tea.
