Every 5-gallon bottle goes through the same process at our Winston-Salem facility before it reaches your door:
- Washed and sanitized with an FDA-approved detergent in a “Lift and Spin” bottle washer
- Filled and capped in a sealed clean room with HEPA-filtered positive air pressure
- Inspected at least 3 times as part of our quality control process

A full 5-gallon bottle weighs about 42 pounds. Our bottles are BPA-free and have a built-in handle, and our drivers carry them in and swap your empties for you.
How long does a 5-gallon bottle of spring water last?
